The Joint Managing Authority informs the applicants that have submitted an appeal to the JMA/JTS within the first call for proposals for Priority 1 Toward a more competitive border economy and Priority 2 Environment and emergency preparedness that, according to the provisions of the 2008 Practical Guide to contract procedures for EC external actions in force at the launching date of the call for proposals, the Joint Managing Authority will analize the complaints in order to determine if the applicant has been harmed by an error or irregularity, and will reply in writing, within 90 days of receipt of the appeal.
