The Joint Managament Authority submitted the European Commission for approval, the the Joint Operational Programme Romania – Ukraine 2014 – 2020, which will be financed through the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI).

The programme is the result of the joint effort of authorities from the two countries participating in the program, that worked on its development, and of all the stakeholders that participated in consultations during the programming period.
