Lovers of fanfare music are invited on Sunday, 29 March, starting 13 o’clock to cheer the spring at the International Concert performed by brass bands from Leova (Republic of Moldova), Costiceni (Ukraine) and Fundul Vaii (Romania). The event will take place in the communal centre of Lipovat, Vaslui County, Romania and is part of the activities of the trilateral project MIS ETC 2378 “Brass bands across borders”.
